First Trip to Disneyworld!

We went to Disney (Caitlin's first time seeing it) a couple of weeks ago with our neighbor's Emi and Matt, and their sons Jack (3 years old) and Quinn (1 year old). It was a little difficult with a one year old. We'd take the transportation to the parks, go on three rides, and then have to go back to the hotel for nap time. I didn't bring a reclining stroller, which probably would have helped. It was still nice to go on vacation and Caitlin had some great times in the pool and exploring the hotel room. I also was able to see my friend Donna, as well as her husband Gerald and son David. We've been friends for 14 years, so it was great to catch up and see eachother in Orlando again.

We went on the dumbo ride, but she was more fascinated with my bracelet. She did like the "It's a Small World" ride. When she's around 4 I'm sure we'll go again. We love Disney!

When I looked at Disney upon arrival, I was glad I had purchased this outfit because their was nothing! Seriously! Nothing! The largest baby size was 9 months and then the next size available was 3T. Disney is missing out! I thought they tried to get everyone's money however they could, but apparantly not!

Caitlin's First Hair Cut

Better late than never?

Well, here's the first hair cut photos that I took a month ago. It's been awhile since I've had the time to post something, but I'm at home right now while new bathroom vinyl is being installed, so here it is!

I was all nervous about Caitlin's first hair cut, but they say nothing goes as you expect and they're right! Caitlin did not cry at all. She made faces, but didn't cry. She was really good! I think it helped that we went to a place that is for kids. She got to sit in a pink car that had a steering wheel and a big mirror in front to look at herself. In case my nephew is reading this, they have cars and planes for both girls and boys! Although, Grandpa tells me that Callum goes to a place for big boys and adults and is extremely well behaved when he gets his hair cut!

Here are the photos.

Ok, so now that I see the photos I'm guessing that the pacifier might have helped the non-crying thing!
