I was given some money for my birthday and along with some clothing for work ( I'm going back to work in January) I bought these really cool shoes. I really like them, but they're not very practical and I paid full price, so I'm thinking of returning them. I can't decide! What should I do? I really love these shoes....

Keep the shoes!!! They are birthday shoes, and as such are exempt from the Practical Shoe Rule. Wear them grocery shopping if you must, but wear them to make yourself happy. Keep the shoes!! LONG LIVE PAYLESS SHOE SOURCE! From your fellow shoe-aholic,
